ABOUT US
We are a registered charity (charity # 503944) established in Jan 1975 and have been based in St Luke's Hospital since then. The charity employs two members of staff (Emma Rae and Michelle Neale).
New families wishing to access our services can call and make an appointment on these appointments can be made for either a Monday or Tuesday and will last for 15-20 minutes. You can receive help with: benefits access, daily living help and access to other services (OT, physio, SLT and consultant support).

TOY LIBARY
ButtonWe are an incredible resource where children with disabilities or their parents can borrow specialist toys to take home. Children need a great variety of toys not only to play with but also to develop skills – but these toys are costly and that’s where we come in!

FRIDAY FRIENDS
ButtonFeeling lonely, isolated or just need a chat with someone who understands the challenges you face on a daily basis?
Our Friday Friends group is a friendly and supportive space for parents and carers to pop in for a cuppa and a chat. In addition to friendship and support, you can also receive help and guidance with:

Access to other professionals (OT, physio, Speech and Language Therapy, and consultant support)
Sharing knowledge, advice and support
Meeting other parents in similar circumstances

TEEN ZONE
ButtonWe have a dedicated and exciting youth group catering for young people ages 8 to 11 with a disability. We meet every Monday evening from 5pm during term time and have lots of fun within the community including activities!
Its also a lovely way for parents to connect and socialise with other parents who have children with disabilities.
